Cebu-based property developer PrimeHomes Development Corporation boosts its portfolio for the middle to high-end market with the launch on Saturday, January 26, of Luana Dos Subdivision in Minglanilla, Cebu.

This is the second subdivision project under the Luana series and fifth project of PrimeHomes.

Benedict “Benny” Y. Que, president and CEO of PrimeHomes, said they want to be top-of-mind choice for the middle to high income subdivision through the Luana series.

Luana, a Hawaiian word that translates to “hayahay” in Cebuano, is a Hawaiian tropical inspired subdivision.

Both Luana sudivisions are located in Minglanilla town, just 13 kilometers south of Cebu City, and feature a swimming pool, basketball court, gazebo and a community area.

The entire development also provides lush greenery to provide peace of mind and tranquility to homeowners.

Luana Dos will be limited to only 55 units, either single detached or single attached units to provide exclusivity and privacy. Each unit will cost between P3.8 million and P7.5 million.

To ensure security, Luana Dos will have its own 24-hour security personnel and a perimeter fence. A property management team will attend to the needs of residents.

"We want PrimeHomes to be synonymous with the word innovate," Que said during the Hawaiian-inspired launching ceremonies.

He noted that PrimeHomes is a forerunner in economic housing units with car ports, having started the trend in Henaville Subdivision in Compostela town. Economic housing units sell for around a million pesos each.

“Now, we want to be the top of mind choice for medium to high income subdivision with our Luana series,” Que said.

Other PrimeHomes projects are: Henaville, a three-hectare mass housing community with over 300 units in Compostela town in northern Cebu; Virtacci Subdivision, a pocket subdivision in the hills of Consolacion, also in northern Cebu; Luana Homes in Minglanilla in the south; and Casa Cerro, a socialized housing development in Compostela.
