Robinsons Land Corp. said in a regulatory filing Tuesday, Sept. 30, that it has amended its reinvestment plan and removed the projected disbursement for a proposed integrated development in the Visayas/Mindanao area.
The company cited "certain changes brought about by opportunities arising in the market and economic environment" for the adjustments in its reinvestment plan.
While it scrapped the budget for the Visayas/Mindanao integrated development, the company included projected disbursements for The Plaza Bagong Silang in Caloocan City, Malolos Bayan Park in Bulacan, Cybergate Apo 1 in Davao City, Fili Hotel Bridgetowne in Quezon City, Grand Summit Pangasinan in Calasiao, and Grand Summit Panglao in Bohol, according to the filing.
Among the projects in Cebu that are included in the reinvestment plan are the Nustar Hotel and Grand Summit Hotel that are under construction in the Nustar complex in the South Road Properties in Cebu City, with disbursements planned for Q2 this year through Q1 of 2026, the filing showed.
Nustar Hotel is 90% complete while Grand Summit is 37% done, the company said. Both hotels are fully owned by Robinsons Land.
The Galleria Residences Cebu in the Cebu north reclamation area is also included, with disbursements for Tower 2 and Tower 3 scheduled through Q4 this year. Both residential condominium buildings are 99% complete, according to the filing.
Tower D of the Amisa Private Residences on Mactan Island and Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City are also on the list, with disbursements planned through Q1 of 2026. Amisa's Tower D is 56% complete while Mantawi has an 8% accomplishment rate, the filing showed. (Ventures Cebu/Marites Villamor-Ilano)
